No GB you wouldn't have gotten the question right because in 1998 there were no bills made because they country was changing the style soon and wanted to take some of the excess bills out of circluation.
As for the silver strip they are only in $20.00 and higher and they are all the same size. They were put in to help make counterfit bills easier to find.
I could go on but I wont.
