Ah yes but where does the equals sign come in to it.
Have you considered time difference by the way. If you posted the new question at say 7am in britain it would be 2am in america and later to the east.

Yeah. I'm not complaining, but the contest is usually over by the time I wake up in the morning here in the eastern US. This morning, I was up at 5:00 A.M. and the question had been answered hours earlier. 
I suppose that a researcher in Hawaii would never have a chance, Greebs! 
Still, I don't see how it would be possible to make it perfectly equitable for everyone with the many time zones we're dealing with. There would always be someone sleeping when the question is posted ... it may as well be me.
