Take one egg, one tablespoon of milk, and whisk.
Add mixture to a very hot frying pan.
When mixture browns on one side .. add cheese and tomato etc and fold over.
Cook for another few minutes.
You have an omlette ... :
YOU NEVER EXPECTED TO FIND A RECIPIE FOR AN OMLETTE UNDER THE TITLE WOMEN. NEVER EXPECT ANYTHING FROMA WOMAN ... THEY DON'T ALWAYS DISSAPOINT .. BUT THEY NEVER CONFORM TO PRECONCEPTIONS.
