My purpose was to cover the most frequently used words and symbols, especially those which are used by people who don't understand what they mean. Really, you could write an entire book on these words and symbols. There are plenty of them to go around.
The ones you're talking about do come up now and again, but I'd say they're less common and better understood than such basic terms as 'gay' or 'poof.' That's why I left them out.

Not to mention the frankly disturbing 'Arthur and Martha'- which is how several of my mates insist on refering to me as in "This is Kerr, she's a bit Arthur and a bit Martha'. Honestly, it makes me sound like Ive got multiple personalities

Most of the descriptors in this thread seem relatively on target, and I admit I may have erred in the direction of including too few descriptors for bisexual people. Perhaps this is because I am one myself and didn't want to feel I was monopolizing the topic.
That said, AIDS carrier is not to my knowledge a common descriptor for bisexual people. Perhaps it is a pecular position, since queer people and more particularly bisexual men were indeed unjustly singled out for blame during the 80s.
Of course, these days folks realize that actual carriers of AIDS come from all orientations and walks of life. In fact, the largest growth in AIDS in most developed nations is currently among young straight women.
I suppose the clumsy awkwardness of the phrase is responsible for its historical unpopularity. In the end, some insults just won't stick.
