Hi Mark,
And something I hope to continue ad hoc - it's the gap between vision and reality that we were never terribly at closing that's the most depressing thing about it - as far as it goes, h2g2 never did become more than that fraction of what we could/should have done with it. Be interested to see if the Beeb 'get it' enough to move it on...
