I just read the Guidelines for Writers. I have no problem with most of it, but the bit about sticking to reality has me a bit worried. I mean, whose version of reality are we talking? It is nice that even if my stuff does not get edited, it will still be part of the guide. I would like to persuade that magic is part of reality, because I know that magic is part of reality. I'll just need to remember to include the relevant evidence.
