I would like to volunteer to be a scout.

Hi I see that you're still very new to h2g2. Because of this it would be a good idea to get to know the site better before volunteering for anything. Take the time to hang around in PeerReview and read the entries on the <./>FrontPage</.> each day. Then when you've spent more time around, commented on entries in PeerReview, got to know some people and places...that's when you can start volunteering for things.
Do you have any questions about how h2g2 or PeerReview works?
