Hi there, Arch_Rival - I see you're pretty new here, welcome to h2g2! 
It's probably a good idea to get used to the site a little bit before jumping into a volunteer position. One great first step would be to edit your Personal Space and tell everyone here a little bit about yourself -- make yourself at home, as it were.
If you think you might be interested in being a scout, another good idea is to spend some time looking around Peer Review, seeing what's going on there, and leaving some helpful comments for the authors. Maybe you even have an entry of your own you'd like to write and submit to Peer Review!
When you've had a chance to look around some more, and learn more about what being a scout here involves, come back here and let us know if you're still interested in being a scout.
