Sorry about the wait - I wasn't in on Friday and I must've just missed you. Thanks for volunteering to be a Scout! I see you're already involved in Peer Review, so that's good. There is a waiting list at the moment, but when a space crops up, I'll let you know

There are 21 people in front of you, but some of them will be Researchers who registered, volunteered to be a Scout, and then went off into the ether never to be seen again.
Should be doing some recruitment soon, so that will reduce numbers a little. I'll let you know

Oh blow! Sorry... Ah well, that explains it then. There's quite a wait for the Scouts scheme. Can I ask you a question though? Do you get much time to post to h2g2?

Yes. I can't often think of things to post, but I have plenty of time to post them.
I'm currently working on an entry, but have had a few things happening recently so haven't made as much progress as I would have liked...
