Grunthos the Flatulent (_!_)

Well it's over a week since I joined H2G2. I get the impression that a lot of other people have a sense of humour as strange as mine. I now have to change the top bit of this page but I am still pondering what to put in it. Eventually I wan't to write a guide entry about 'Clackers'. I have used 'I' six times (seven now) in this short bit of text, am I (again) becoming self centred?
I hope nobody is offended by my little sketch (_!_) it's a bottom the stars underneath it are farts not poos (when I put the stars in)

Hiya Grunthos

You do seem strange. From my limited experience (this is my second week) I would guess you'll fit right in. smiley - smiley

I was also conscious of using "I" a lot on my home page, but I figure, you're entitled to waffle on about your self on your own page.

Thanks Salamander
I'm pleased I'm not the only one aware of the use of 'I'
and i'nt it grand being a bit daft!
Maybe our paths will cross again

Truffy (dazed and confused)

Don't worry, I've used the letter 'I' about 18 times on my homepage (excluding journal entries). Admittedly in some cases it has been placed directly next to another letter (as in 'If' and 'Italian'), but only a pedant would take issue with that.

I haven't taken the time to count the 'i's, but there are quite a lot smiley - smiley

Thanks Truffy
I have stopped worrying about the overuse of I now and I feel a lot better for it. smiley - smiley
