This thread is in the Writing Workshop: F57153?thread=130641
It's there if you check the forum page, F57153?thread="/entry/A589193" >A589193 actually is up for review but can't be reached, and that the thread F57153?thread=130641
is an orphan and cannot be removed.

You've got it exactly. This thread should have been removed from the forum before we moved to using the automated review system, but we missed it. There's a couple more, I think. They are now irrevocably stuck in that forum.

"irrevocably stuck"? You can't tweak the database or something?
Oh, while we're at it...
This may be a caching thing but anyway:
A865406 is in Peer Review at F48874?thread=221015 but doesn't say so on the entry itself. Instead, there's a 'submit for Review' Button. At least I get an error when I click it

That's a caching thing - there's a bug where when an entry is put into Peer Review, its cache isn't cleared, so the old version (which isn't in Peer Review) is displayed. If you were to edit that entry (if it were yours) the Peer Review link would appear.
This bug will be fixed in the next update, by the way.

Just for the records (or whenever there is a chance to fix the database) : Here's another one that appears in F57153?thread=154813 href="/entry/A187534" >A187534 Philip Larkin
