I did not find this addressed in the FAQs.
May one post links to others' work outside h2g2?

While posting one's own work grants h2g2 the right to edit, reuse &c, what about posting a link to one's own work on another site?

Hi Janet,

I’ll let the management give you the official answer when they see this. My understanding is that sources should be reasonably definitive, and it would weaken a point somewhat if the only resource out there was your own. But having said that, h2g2 is as much about the style as the substance, and so long as sources are treated as found, I’d see no reason why you couldn’t use your own research. It would help if it had its own sources and provenance, however. Hope that made sense!

Hi Janet

Thank you for your message. You may post links to other websites as long as you follow the House Rules http://h2g2.com/entry/A87523211#HOUSE - links to other websites don't give h2g2 any rights over the contents of the links.

We hope that helps, but let us know if you have any other questions!
