"Upper widget snarkle adjustment"

This enigmatic statement appears on each of the three example pages. I don't remember that being there before. Also, with the page frames removed on the Pliny version, it's not as clear that we're looking at sample pages, especially with "Upper widget snarkle adjustment" included. I'm guessing "Upper widget snarkle adjustment" could be a REM statement that is no longer REMing with the new formatting. But that's just a guess.


Also, side note: there may be an issue with the "Start a new conversation" link beyond the front page of EF. I went to the next page of convos and clicked from there and went to "oops" page twice. Could just be me, but usually don't get the Oops page twice in a row unless it's an actual error. But maybe y'all know about this already, so nevermind.

If it wasn't there before, then someone's curated it in.

Well, maybe it needs curating out. It's confusing and not explained in the text. I'm 99% convinced it wasn't there originally. Nor do I believe the extra table borders were in there before either.

For clarity it should display a single border around the title text, the large blank (or intentionally not blank) areas, and the page number text so that it will appear as a page of paper.

I don't know if this is feasible in Pliny. If not, maybe this part of the GuideML should be replaced by simple images.

Here's the original Entry A672257 and the "snarkle adjustment" is in there...

The Peer Review thread did suggest including something more self explanatory, such as "Reasons why we hate X" when we don't hate X...

Now it's starting to make sense to me. I guess the word "adjustment" in there was misleading me to think it was referring to the format of the page margin and not part of HAL9000.

However, in Pliny it still doesn't read as separate, discrete pages. I don't know if it's feasible to fix that, so I'll carry on.
