Please let me hear your views on the 'An' in this title. I think it is pedantic and out dated. I am prepared to be wrong.
I'm sure I read recently that even 'An hotel' is no longer used.
( it was how we were taught btw)

While you're deciding, I've made two small changes to the entry:
common girls name --> common girl's name
it is the anti-oxidants found in the skin of the fruit that is given credit for any health benefits -->

The Irish view of "An Holistic" is that it is wrong and has always been wrong.

Just change it. It dates from a time when the letter H wasn't aspirated. It just sounds silly now.
