This has probably been mentioned already:
The message given when the site is too busy to provide a page has a link to the BBC. (Of course, that didn't upset me anywhere near as much as not being able to connect.)

Yeah, it's been mentioned, we've been having quite a few technical glitches since about 1pm, following some smaller ones this morning. I'm hoping it'll be better in the next couple of years.
