Hiya...I think I've got the right forum...
I'm writing something on a subject for which I have written material for the guide in the past. The article in question is in the Edited Guide, and I was wondering what the legal 'proprietorial' status of the entry was.
Do I still 'own' it, or would I have to ask you guys for permission to use it?
Would I, in fact, be able to use any of the material in it at all?
What, when you get right down to it, is going on?
Enquiring in a none-too-serious way,
Kidsturk

Hmmm, okay, seeing as I figured you would tell me to read the 'Terms and Conditions' that's just what I've done...
It's answered a lot of my questions, and:
a)clarified that the BBC is rather thorough in these matters
a)made me double check to see if I still have legal rights to my trousers*.
Well, let me know if there is any other official or unofficial policy to add to the picture gained from the terms and conditions!
Thanks, and still without much seriousness,
Kidsturk
