h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Thought I'd come over and say Hi since you were so kind as to read and comment nicely on one of my articles.
The hounds sound like ideal companions. Cats are OK but they make me sneeze and their small stature and tendency to run around in the dark means I trip over them rather too often. No, I definitely prefer dogs (all except the miniature Yorkshire terrier puppy a friend of mine has just acquired - it has most of the qualities I dislike in cats!)

Ayup Metal Chuck. Nice of you to pop in. I was going to nip over to your gaf later to have another word about plagues. I'll say no more here as your plague village forum's the place for that sort of chat. Speaking of tripping over cats, I've trodden on one of my dogs twice today. Although I apologised to her and gave her a cuddle, I did point out to her that it was really her own silly fault for inserting herself under my feet. I guess it can't bother her that much or she wouldn't keep zipping in front of me when I'm in motion.
