I have signed up for the afternoon activity but I notice that this is not e oough. We have to sign up the whole caboodle. Unfortunately I do not think that a wheelchair goes very well in a pub, so feel that we can only attend the afternoon activity.

No problem! Its not that 'the system' can't handle this; just I'm useless and haven't updated the list in yonks! : Now updating it; I'll add an 'atending afternoon activity' section to the atendee list; I've done that before for previous meets as some people prefer just the afternoon event, some just the evening, some both; It wasn't on as a section yet because.... Because I'd not put it there : Pity I won't be able to meet you : I'll ve having to attend the evening event location (wherever it ends up being) earlier on in the day if nothing else just so theres someone there for the others to meet when they begin arriving and to ensure the venue is prepared for our... onslaught I'll add you to the list now, can't appologize enough for how useless I've been yet again at getting people onto the list I'll do it now!
