Ah... I've read a few more of the guidance notes now, and I'm beginning to see how this works. Although I still think that the explanations are rather heterogeneous. I'd like a single page with a flow chart and/or diagram showing exactly what the approval process is. I might read the pages and design one myself. Hey, I might even submit it as an entry
