I didn't want to come back, but I think that now I'm glad I did. Everything was wonderfully relaxing out there, and it was great spending loads of time with Quinn and catching up with others. I spent about 2 1/2 weeks in Beaverton, Oregon with the very lovely Gayle and Lev Koszegi, then 2 days in SF again before coming home. Saw loads more films, too: Analyze This, South Park and The Negotiator were all really good. Wild Wild West was just average. I didn't like Phantom Menace much.
I really needed that month off to get my head together and work out what I want to do; I worked it out, came back and found that TDV had worked out a very similar thing. So that's cool.
