Hi,
Just to let you know I've been allocated your entry A1304768 ('Conceptual Tables') for sub-editing. I've got another one to do first, so I'll let you know when I start on yours. Let me know if there's anything you want changing

Thanks for popping by, Joe C. I have only one correction for this article. I'd like to reword the last sentence in the second paragraph, since it's a bit awkward. Please make it read:
What keeps people from recognizing the everpresence of conceptual tables is our tendency to discover them individually at different ages and in different venues.
That's it! Thanks for being my Sub for this entry.

Could I have the A-number of the Edited version of 'Furniture Tables' please? I can't link to the normal Guide Entry.

Quick question: doesn't CSS stand for Cascading Style Sheets? Or have I got it completely wrong again...
And by the way, next time you write an entry in GuideML, could you put all your tags in upper case please? It then makes it a lot easier for the sub-editor to see what's going on if it gets accepted for the EG, otherwise we have to go through the whole thing changing the tags to upper case.

Erp! You're quite right about CSS, Joe C. I wonder how many times I read that section and failed to check the footnotes?
I had no idea the case mattered for tags. I'll certainly use capitals in the future.

I don't know why it matters, it seems to work perfectly well in lower case or even mixed case, but they like us to put them in upper case

Well, I can guess the reason. If a coder is modifying an entry and he gets an error message that doesn't immediately make the problem obvious, he can skim over the text looking for CAPITALS. It's a bit faster. Still, asking SubEds to change tense is a bit anal.

Well done, Joe C.
I see you've added a few inserts providing clarification. These have been done well, and contain no errors that I can detect. Thanks for that, and for correcting a bugaboo of mine.
I'm ready to send it back if you are.
