I don't want you to think that I am a stuffy old kiljoy who lives in a box and never goes out. Of course we have to interact with the world and people. What we need to learn to do is transform our everyday experiences into meaninful, spiritual opportunities. However, in themselves, from their own side, the objects of our experiences are as insubstantial as reflections in a mirror.
