Today's announcement of a general election in the UK, gives me cause for a brief period of rejoicing before resuming the normal gloom.
Mind you, the current incumbents couldn't even get that right.
It's supposed to be announced in the House of Commons first, not as a party political broadcast from Downing Street.
Mind you could hardly hear the smug git, due to protesters playing "Things can only get better" loudly just outside the gates.
