Char grilled chicken for dinner tonight.
It wasn't meant to be that way I just put it in the oven and forgot about it. 
Oh well there may be a takeaway later

Yep... burnt is burnt. Char grilled is not burnt. You might be able to salvage some of the interior, if it's not a dried out mummy bird, maybe use it in a soup, pasta dish or something else later.

Managed to rescue about half of it, very well done.
Hence I may allow myself a top up takeaway later.
