I went to the pool on Sunday. The weather was fine. I don't often go to the pool any more, but I've always been a good swimmer.
I managed to gently hyperextend both of my knees whilest doing the breaststroke. It doesn't hurt that much, but I have been walking with my knees ever-so-slightly bent since then.
I look a tiny bit silly when I walk just now.
P.S. Lunch got a bit messy today. If you're wondering, I'm the guy limping about with a yellow post-it note covering a smallish mayonnaise stain on my shirt.
