With the new processes seemingly taking off, anything entered into Peer Review with Update/UPDATE in the title does not need to be recommended by a Scout as it will go through the same process as a Uni Project to update the original and go to the Front Page 
Just for those who might have recommended an Update or Uni Project accidentally
