Thanks for dropping in on my home page. It is rather depressing to write an entry and then find that no-one responds to it.

Are you my own personal friendly ACE, or do the ACES browse around being friendly to anyone?

As far as appearing well settled in is concerned, the whole H2G2 environment looks a bit familiar...... I used to work for DEC (a.k.a. Digital Equipment Co. - now Compaq) about 8 years ago.... back then we had a world-wide network which we used to exchange views and comments using discussion groups called NOTES conferences. So you see, I've done it all years ago! (so much for this new fangled trendy internet stuff!). The only thing that has changed is that the screens are a bit more colourful and that there are pictures and animations all over the place.

Better go now.... got a hotel to check into.
