Hi... me read in the editoral on the Post front page that you have been suffering from Gallstones... me is in sympathies with you... as a few years ago me suffered for quite a while.. from three little stones... so me knows how painful they are...
Me knows there is nothing you can really do to stop the pain once an attack begins... and me would really like to leave you with a huggle... in the hopeful wish that you will soon have things sorted out...

I noticed that you mentioned attending hospital and hoped it wasn't one of the littlies. I'm glad it wasn't. Not that I mean I'm glad you are ill ... Oh, dear. I shouldn't have started this.
I'm glad it's nothing worse. That should do it.
I offer my sympathy on two counts:
the painful nature of your condition, and
the fact that they may use atomsmashers or paintstripper so that you won't even come out of this with a pair of cufflinks.
