And... why not come and live in a German speaking country and work while you do the TEFL course? I'm thinking of doing that.

I used to teach English during my maternity leave, but I think to do it now (and earn proper money) I need the certificate.

I'm at 23K at the moment, but I haven't done anything on it in three days; I've got a plot and a plan but the words don't seem to be fitting it's all "and he said this then she did that".

Anyway I've decided not to worry about it and distract myself by lurking about on hootoo instead.

And as for Celine Dion, does anyone really need a reason!

you're right - there is no reason needed for the Celine thing.

It's just that I was trapped, in labour, with no CDs until the midwife put one of hers on, on a loop. And yep, it was the canadian lady warbler. You really don't need that!
