I found H2G2 through a newsgroup, which then pointed me to an ezine, which mentioned this site. I know I could spend many wonderful hours here, but it is SOOOOO SLOW, at least where I currently reside, in Indianapolis, Indiana, USofA.
About me: Born in Baltimore, spent most of youth in Philadelphia. As an adult (and I use the term very loosely) I have lived in San Francisco, Easton and State College (both in Pennsylvania), Jerusalem, and Durango, Colorado.
I'm a computer programmer, and have been for more years than I care to remember, back to the days when the machines filled large rooms and had their own air conditioning units.
