Stupid people being fragged by Unreal weaponry (remembers other forum ramblings) - good idea!
I remember James Whale coming forward with a good idea... he said that everyone should be sterilised at birth, then when or if they want to sire children, they would have to take an IQ test to see if they had the brainpower to make suitable parents.
If only that had been implemented ten years ago, the amount of mutant people I see dragging three snot nosed brats around town at weekends would be halved.

No: the solution is to impregnate all underwear with spermicide - and the only people who would have kids would be those who realised: by definition the more intelligent ones!
Umm - or the ones with dubious personal hygeine. Hmm, maybe that isn't such a good idea...

Ah yes... the reverse sterilisation process would be put into effect after the passing of the IQ test... forgot to mention that... DOH!
My oversight, not Mr Whale's.
I doubt the people I see wandering around whilst towing vile kids will keep their undies on for long enough for the spermicide to take effect... or are they just the women I know?
