I don't think I've ever had to disclose my age on here, I suppose it's just as well, as I am the anti-steryotype.
But I do wonder sometimes if it matters at all, chronolgically, we age all the time, but once we've formed our personality's and successfully negotiated puberty, we don't change much untill we die (or develop alzeimer's)
As it happens, I'm the following:
a classical music lover
A grunge/goth
one on persuit of the path of karezza
non religeous
walking wounded
a red wine drinker
a big fan of trivial persuit
partial to the occasional cigar
and guilty of two counts of clinical insanity (no joke!)
so decide for yourself how old I am, and talk to me as if you were right.

24, but as you said not that it matters.
I disagree that we do not change much after puberty. I have grown much more from the age of 21 to now, then I did during my teens.
Red wine and cigars eh? Very good combination, especially Chianti
Have you tried the Montecristo No. 4 (wonderful) or another of my favourites Romeo y Julieta (smooth) ?
