Ah ha, I posted my greetings and my question in the wrong place. Is the Fire Dog a good omen?

Hi, Lucky. People born in Fire Dog years are supposed to have positive traits, such as you might expect to find in a Tibetan mastiff which just won a cosmic best in show. So if people with those characteristics are going to come into their own this year, perhaps that gives us something to feel hopeful about. In any event, I think it's always as well to be optimistic. Pessimism just doesn't give you enough room to manouver.
