Actually the government are all witches from Macbeth. John Smith's probably still alive. And the whole thing's a nightmare.

But there were only three witches in Macbeth (unless you are thinking of the Roman Polanski version, which I vaguely remember having lost of semi-naked witches, err, or was that a dream?
