Hmmm...
Well, today was a good(ish) day. I got to stay in bed for a good while, as my first tutorial was at 12:15...
So, I got in with a good half-hour to spare, and proceeded to eat brunch (soft bread rolls, with a 'healthy' Smokey Bacon Crisp (potato chips, for our American cousins) filling..).
So, almost fell asleep in Chemistry (good ol' Mr Folkes) and then showed Kultarn and Gareth exactly why I *RULE* chemistry.
Next, lunch. Spent most of it up in the local childrens' play area (hereafter referred to, in the local parlance, as 'The Rec' {Rec - Recreation Ground - Get the idea?}), watching my insane fellows attempt serious injury by jumping off of the swings at the peak of their motion, or being amused by Natalies' attempts to grope her fellow female students..
So, after that, Pure Maths. Spent most of the session either blowing my nose (don't ya just lurve Hay Fever) or being depressed by the fact that I'm probably gonna fail my P2 exam, and never get into University, blah blah blah.
Anyway, with that over, the days' lessons were over - back to the common room to wait around until the traffic is down to a level that one can exit the campus without having to mow down the younger students (well, not yet, anyway ;->. At this point, I got invited to go down the pub by the Social Group (see article), which is where I'll be heading off to in half an hour. Anyway, enough of such frippery. Back to the days' action..
Following college, I decided to go and spend a little money down at the video shop (a certain well-known chain beginning with 'B') - this weekends' rental was Gattaca. My opinion - not too bad, if a little slow. Fairly run-of-the-mill Distopia setting, an Englishman (Jude Law) and Uma Thurman.. Overall, it doesn't really top Grosse Pointe Blank (In My Humble Opinion) - currently, this is my mission in life; to find a film that is better than Grosse Pointe Blank. It ain't easy.
Anyway, that's a far too extensive Journal Entry. I'll post some more later, if I feel like it.
Repeat Ad Nauseum: "We're going down the pub..."

Yes that was a little long. Never mind, better long than not at all.
Key: Complain about this post
