h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I really don't understand alot of things in this world. True, i'm not very old, but still, i know that there are alot of things out there that i am seriously, just never going to understand. One of these things is how captivated the media is with falure. Everywhere. Take NASA for example. It used to be that every little shuttle mission they did, no matter how small, seemed to make the front page of every news paper in the country. But now, the only way that you ever hear about what NASA is up to, is if they failed, or messes up. And then the media blows it way out of proportion, saying how billions of taxe dollars are going towards useless shuttle mission that never seem to work. And they even had the nerve to question whether or not the NASA program was even usefull or not, and whether they should just give up on it. I mean, thirty years ago, they couldn't stop praising NASA for putting a man on the moon, and now when MIR, the first international space station is almost finished, they could really care less. They're more interested in who killed Jon Bonnet Ramsey. The poor little girls been dead for almost half a decade, GET OVER IT!!!
Another thing that bothers me is how adults treat teenager as though they are all idiots without a decent or inteligent thought in there head. And then they go off and fight for womens rights, and blacks rights, and gays rights, WHAT ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN!?! Everyone , the whole F@#*%ng woirld, is a hipocrate! Stop fighting for everyone else and start fighting for your children.
