I just got back to England from Florida yesterday to realise quite how cold the UK is in comparison. Will I never be warm again? At least England's not filled with people dressed as Mickey Mouse.
But the Sunshine State's days are numbered. If global warming causes the sea to rise 50ft most of Florida will disappear (save a few sunny islands poking above the surface) and - worst-case scenario - if the sea rises 50m Florida will be entirely submerged; Miami will become Atlantis... Now isn't that interesting?
