Yeah man I am currently trying to quit smoking myself, and if anyone wants my advice on how to achieve quitting I say quit quiting.
Seriously though it is the sheer boredom that drives me to sparcking up that fag, and people may say that I am a sad sad man with nothing else to do with my life but puff away but it is the times when we are all sitting in front of the telly watching casualty or doing something equally as boring that it is hardest. No one can quite understand boredom as much as recent ex smokers. I am sitting here now dying, my answer is to listen to the Rolling Stones.
