I can remember it now, sitting down in front of the telly with my sisters for the weekly episode.
The second adventure was really scary, with all the ghosts and WWI things going on. That's the only one I can remember, apart from the ending of the very final episode.

Cheers Munchkin.

OK I won't (not unless they ask really nicely and offer beer and donuts smiley - bigeyes)

I did read on a website I went to after reading the article that Joanna Lummley (and the rest of the cast and writer) were expecting it to carry on. She mentioned it in a book of hers that she was rather dissapointed that it didn't continue.

Do you think there'd be any chance of a revival?

Strangely I have had conversations about this before. We came to the conclusion that, after paying Ms. Lumley and Mr. Macallum's salaries, the budget would be sufficiently small to force them to use character heavy scripts again. Which is nice, as there would be nothing worse than a big budget, lots of running around, Sapphire and Steel. It just wouldn't be the same. I have never heard anything other than pub borne rumours, so I'm expecting the return of Dr. Who first, or perhaps Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) smiley - winkeye

Funny that you should mention Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased) since that is now back on telly. With Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer in the title roles. And very deeply surreal it is too. More so than I remember the original being.

After much consideration, I have decided that Randall And Hopkirk (Deceased) was a sixties tele-fantasy series starring Kenneth Cope, whilst R & H (D) is a modern day tele-fantasy series starring Vic Reeves, which bare a striking similarity. They are, however, in no way the same programme. I do like them both, but then I get overly excited at repeats of UFO smiley - winkeye
