Hi Shazz,
I am sorry for not paying h2g2 much attention lately.i have flitted in and out once or twice but have not stayed for any length of time.I have been pretty busy during the days and subsequently have not really been into spending my evenings on the computer.
It is winter here so most nights i am normally in front of a nice fire watching tv or catching up on my reading a la hibernation!!
I felt very guilty because when i went to nonames hotmail i found over twenty e mails,as it turned out they were mainly just newsletters,but all the same...
This too is just a quick hello,but i really will try and make an effort to spend some time and come chatting soon,not to mention doing some more writing,ie;a story cocerning one of my trips to the bush for your post.

Hey Shazz,
Life has been so full lately which of course is great,but i do feel a little guilty about H2g2 and my lack of presence.The fact is though i have just popped in to let you know that i will not be around for another two months,well,i doubt it anyway.Tomorrow i am going on location to a lodge situated on the banks of the Limpopo near where the borders of Zimbabwe,Botswana and South Africa meet,we will be there for seven weeks,and i can tell you that i am really looking forward to it,should be a lot of fun.I will have my laptop with me but i am not at all sure about the efficiency of the phone lines as it really is off the beaten track,i may only be able to use it for e-mails when i go into Messina for supplies.
I thought i had better let you know,i assure you that i will at some stage be spending more time online again.Before you ask i will try and put some sort of writing together aboput where i am at....lol.
