Do you ever have one of those days that you think has gone pretty well until you realize that your whole life is messed up in one form or another? Today was one of those days for me. I'm trying not to sound all down and depressed but that happens too.
See, my parents seem to be running my life. No big deal. Like right now, my mom is telling me to get off the computer when really all I want to do is write. AAAAAARG! If I want to stay up late and be groggy for school the next morning that should be my choice darn it!
I thought that my parents knew what was best for me until about 5 months ago. Hey, I held out for teenage rebellion pretty long considering I'm now 16-prime age for questioning everything. I don't know. And I'm not even rebelling all that much anyway except for random trips to various states (inside joke).
It seems weird that I'm sharing my problems with a computer screen but maybe there's someone out there like me. Or maybe I should stop being stupid and go to sleep like a good little girl. Or maybe I should try to write at least one sentence without something sarcastic. Oh well.

There is someone out there... some random english nineteen-year-old who currently can't sleep....
And on paper I may be grown up but my mum would have an absolute fit if she caught me online right now...
So sleep when you want to, I think that nights a nicer place anyway, most of the time.

It's weird that someone who has almost the same first name as me (or is it I, I never can get that straight) would respond to my journal. My first name is Johannah. spooky.

Well I guess we have the same name, but just spelled differently. So that is pretty much a coincidence
