It's been far too long since I've written last. My family moved recently, and my Senior Thesis has been keeping me busy. So what prompted me to write? Twinkies, of all things! It seems that today (April 6) is the 70th anniversary of the invention of that cream-filled desert, and so a Residence Assistant in the Freiberger dorm decided to hold a little celebration in the lounge. There were large trays of twinkies set up around the room, and there was even a birthday card to sign. This should really tell you something about the student body here at Lynn University, huh? 
I must've been crazy to eat so many of the refreshments. For all I know, they could've been the original twinkies to roll off the assembly line 70 years ago. :->

Oh, I agree. When we finally blow ourselves up, the only two things that will survive are cockroaches and twinkies.

You know, it's amazing how a food can be so indestructable and so mouth-watering at the same time. Someone should do a study. Does anyone know of any twinkie-related web sites on the Internet?
