Sorry I didn't spot your message earlier, I was under the wrong impression that messages posted to my entries would also appear on my home page... which doesn't seem to be the case (perhaps worth a suggestion to h2g2?)

Hi Rossi,
finally I have completed a first introductory entry about VI. Comments and hints would be appreciated... I am a regular VI user myself so some things that seem straightforward to me may not be as simple as I thought.
