sleeves, and thier relation to door handles

Is it a coincidence that most door handles, are at the same height as an average persons sleeve, when they are carrying a tray of food.
Thus making it very easy for someones sleeve to be caught on the handle as you walk by, causing the tray of food to carry on in the same direction without you.
I think door handles hieghts are carefully determined by carpet manufacturers and dry cleaners, so as to take advantage of the frequent accidents caused by this event.
Although I could be reading too much into it.

I agree wholeheartedly, I'm sure there must be a contravention of some health and safety rule.....only the other day i was carrying a phial of a deadly nerve gas agent and my sleeve caught on the lab door. I just managed to catch the thing before it wiped out half of humanity. We were lucky there, but next time we might not be. So we should stamp it out! Or at least lightly tap our feet it out.
