LAUNCHcast is my new best friend!!!! I'm getting ready to put some new stuff up on my page and this will certainly help a lot. I've already got the Tool trilogy up and I'm debating whether or not I should add the Ani DiFranco stuff now or do a whole different page next month. They're not exactly in the same genre, you know. If I could just get the link to LAUNCHcast altogether, I'd put the whole damned thing on my page.
Anyhoo, thank you

No thanks are necessary; its all part of the service.
Oh dear, its been so long since I checked these postings. Sorry Daisy.
Might **I** say that you should mix your genres on your radio station. Its what I do on my broadcast radio program. That will give your radio station its own personality; **your** own personality since the mix of genres will be a reflection of your personality. Have fun with it!
Since your posting they've also introduced streaming video to the radio stations which is cool. Still, its more difficult to set up your radio station on LAUNCHcast when you live here in Oz (Australia for the uninitiated) because they don't have our radio stations so we can't base our music setup on other radio stations because we don't know what any of the U.S. ones play. Still, I prefer to customise the selection by selecting the genres from scratch, being an individual and all.
The bandwidth (or something?) from LAUNCHcast coming into Oz isn't too good either and you need a pretty good connection to use it successfully. I guess we just need the infrastructure to catch up with LAUNCHcast.
Good luck with customising your own radio station and I hope you continue to enjoy "ParadigmVertigo" on LAUNCHcast.
All the best,
M@.
