You would be surprised at how much abuse a floppy disk can take. While in college My disks were simply thrown into the bottom of my bag with never a problem with them. Don't ask how but oneday i had a disk get run over by a truck. I'm still using that disk 6 years later. It's cool you still have the tyre marks on it It makes a good converstaion piece in class.
