Just a note: Chop Suey did not originate in China, and cannot now be found in China. It originated in America, from what I hear it was as they were building the railroad, the Chinese discovered something amazing: Americans would eat leftovers, and scraps from making other foods, and not even realize that they were eating something that was made from scraps that were *chop*ed up until they were all "suey" (in little pieces). History makes each group look foolish in turn...

Thanks for the info on chop suey! I'll try to work it into the article. I have plenty of time, I think it's about a forty-week wait before any editors get around to looking at it!!!
