A popular horse among the Racing public following his 1991 Cheltenham Gold Cup win, he was narrowly beaten into second by the sturdy little Kiwi Seagram in the Grand National of the same year. Beloved of his trainer Jenny Pitman it is heartening to hear that he has found a new career to occupy him in his retirement. Garry is currently providing the horse power for Richard Cook, the Cotswold field master and looking fighting fit on it.
