Catholicism: A religious dictatorship

It seems so easy for those who aren't Catholic as well as for those who are and or have been Catholics to bash this religion. That being said I will try to shed light on some information which seems to have been miscontstrued, in other words I will attempt to enlighten you.
Third paragraph: States that many past popes have claimed to be messengers of God. (Don't know which popes you are speakingof and or referring to as you haven't listed which ones and or when they said such a thing.) Remember in research it's important to have facts.....Fluff and Facts are two very different things. Second sentence in same paragraph........A minority of catholics appear to treat the pope as superior to the lord. Seems to be and or appears to be cannot be quantified and or measured anyone can say anything about appearances. In actuality, many catholics place the pope in high regard. This gives him an elevated status among the community as well as the world. It doesn't mean that he is greater than the lord, and or superior as your writing suggests. A pope is simply a man, not a God and or an other God.
Fourth paragraph: Many things happened during the Spanish inquisitions, mostly it regarded forcing people to conform and or to believe as they did and what the churches and government did in those days was attrocious. This is why SOME catholics don't believe in forcing others to conform and or to believe as their church does.
Fifth paragraph: Thou Shall Not Covet--in simple terms means that I will be happy with the posessions I have instead of always wanting what my neighbor has. In other words, try not to get envious or jealous of anothers good fortune, be happy for them instead. When I covet what another person has I am acting out as a child and only wanting what someone else has. There are people such as this I'm sure you've met them, only wanting a man or woman if they're already in a relationship. Only wanting what's on the other persons' plate. This is coveting and what it actually means. To covet and or to convert are two entirely different word and or meanings.
Sixth paragraph: Thou Shall not make for yourself an idol often refers back to the days of Moses when he came down from the mountain oly to find all of the people melting all the gold into these great statues....Big golden calves. In todays world if you wanted to look at false idols one would not have to look far. Idolization is a behavior and or how one views something. A person could have religious statues andor pictures in their home, however it doesn't necessarily mean that they idolize them. Perhaps those statues and or pictures help a person to feel safe. Also it's true that catholics do pray to all of the saints, martyrs, angels, mother Mary, God, Jesus, and the holy spirit. However this in in no way can be interpretted as idolizing. Praying and idolizing are two very different behaviors. When the stock market crashed on October 29th years ago many men jumped to their death. (These folks may have been worshipping false idols, such as cash and or goods), where was their faith? When people pass a beggar on the streets and don't give even one penny (knowing they have enough to eat and a home)these people are idolizing goods, not even aware that they can share. They are holding onto something illusive.
In closing I would like to say that anyone can bash any religions at any time. A true believer however might be tolerant enough to allow another to believe in whichever church and or faith that suits that person as long as that doesn't infringe upon the rights of others. Tolerance and honouring our differences can go a long way. Also if I were a catholic and were to pray to all the saints, martyrs, God, Jesus, Mother Mary, The Holy Ghost, and the angels it might be because I need all the help I can get. hehe
