h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

February 7th... Wow! Today's date. The new year is in its 2nd month and I have managed somehow to screw up another start of a new year. Seems like a trend with me. One of these days, I am going to have a boring beginning to a new year and love it! This year, though, is going to be VERY rough. This is the year of fire, the year I take back what is mine, and the year that everything changes - Geez, you'd figure I would STOP sounding like a Babylon 5 intro sometime soon! I am getting the big "D".... The estranged one is not a bad man; he just forgot how to be a husband and refused to listen after 8 yrs of begging for counseling. Hate to do it. The kids are going to go through hell with this, but it is not their fault and they deserve not to hear nightly arguments. Ever since he took the new job in Alaska and left us in Alabama, it has been so stress-free on me! No arguments, no having to answer to him, no hassles. Better for the kids. Hate to admit that after 13 1/2 yrs marriage, but it is the truth. So I know what I must do.... BUT do I have enough courage to see it through?? This remains to be seen. I am on the right track and am off to a good start. Let's see what happens.
